Although the company has a short history, many of its shareholders and cadres have over-15-year experiences in gravure color-printing. After his retirement from Sinkong Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd., Rick Chen, one of the company’s founders, seasoned and proficient in his job, has dedicated himself to the Company. It, not unjustifiably discreet in its planning and direction under his leadership, combing its production technologies and management expertise, has established a unique position in the printing market in northern Taiwan.
Since its very beginning, AG Film Technology has touted “Sincerity; Harmony; Co-prosperity”; and, by materializing that pledge with its amicable attitudes, sterling words, competent prices, reliable qualities, and prompt delivery, it has won its customers and partners’ long-standing trust and cooperation.
In the first three years, the Company adopted ISO quality control system, drawing benchmarks for every step of its production, infusing quality consciousness into its employees, and rendering its customers satisfactory products.
At the same time, the Company also intensified its 5S management, ensured its facilities and environment’s cleanness and tidiness, and endeavored to achieve HACCP and ISO22000 control standards while vigorously pursuing certification for them.
The Company insists “Customers First; Products First” and has steadily enhanced its production equipment and heightened its product qualities. It has extended its business from simple napkin printing to multi-layer laminating; from wrapping products for gifts to those for food; and, in PE-film blowing, from packaging materials for food to those for high-end electronic items. It has kept elevating its self-developed technologies and diversifying its products.
