KAO YI PLASTICS ENTERPRISE CO., LTD was founded by a few social elites in 1990. Led by the chairman of the board, Mr. Junping Lu, KAO YI sets up CKS Factory which specifically makes hard particles and Success Factory specializes in production of medical and food grade plastic particles. Individual production of soft, hard, and medical and food grade plastic particles effectively reduces the pollution, but also makes the product quality relatively stable.

KAO YI in order to improve product quality and technology, it not only holds a regular training section, but also hires several external professionals to innovatively R&D specific products as well as to set up inspection department buying various testing equipments to strictly control the raw materials and manufactured products. To be sure to make the quality of our products meet the most perfect standard to meet customer needs.

In addition to enhancing the quality, KAO YI in order to fulfill market demands of our customers, in 2003, medical level plastic particles were sent to the U.S. Nielsen for inspection and passed thru the U.S. FDA standards. Furthermore, it adopted ISO9001 certified manufacturer in 2008.

Since the serious and professional image of KAO YI, it soon receives affirmation of the market and customers. Monthly output has increased from the beginning of 100 tons to now of 2,000 tons. Although the output increased significantly, in order to serve the large base of customers, KAO YI will continue to advance its pace, expand facilities, and purchase production machines and inspection equipments to keep up the production capacity and quality to meet the future market demand. KAO YI will hold a more stringent attitude to supervise themselves, research and develop, and produce the better quality products with continuous effort, serious attitude, professional, and prompt service to customers.
