The main production line is the IC packages with heat sinks at the moment. In the future, Lian Ming plans to continue expanding the custom production services.

In order to provide the high quality, lower prices, faster delivery of products and services, we have used the Swiss precision wire cutting machine and Germany, Japan, Taiwan well-known brand precision punching machine.
