1975, Teny Rim was established as a metal forming manufacturer and developing company, specialized producing steel parts to meet clients' requirements.
1990, we began the development and production of 6061-T6 aluminum bicycle rims, wheels, and components.
1991, the first phase expansion and increase in production equipments were completed.
1998, ISO 9002 certified our Quality Assurance program.
2000, we began development of Teny 6000 Series bicycle wheels. In cooperation with the Materials Development Lab and Taiwan's National Cheng Kung University, we continue to develop ultra-light, extra-strong wheel rims.
2001, second phase facility expansion, including installation of 1100 SC alloy vacuum pressure & forming machinery was accomplished. Accordingly, the production capacity exceeds 30,000 units per month.
2002, we have expanded our standard products further to Electric Cart & Scooter rims, Wheel Chair rims, and other OEM rim products.
2003, the wheelchair wheel sets won a great reputation from many customers in Taiwan and abroad. 700C UNI WHEEL is expected to launch in July to satisfy the long-term demand from many of our customers.
Teny Rim's facility is fully ISO 9002 certified. We strive for the highest standard of product quality and consistency.
Our Quality Control system covers incoming materials, production procedure, all the way to packaging and shipping. The production materials, manufacturing machinery, and workforce procedures are constantly inspected to eliminate anything that might cause imperfections or tainted finished products.
