Since foundation, Saynen Industrial Co., Ltd. has devoted to building up a professional high-precision manufacturing gear company, in order to walk out into a new path in the field of the gear industry. Therefore, since the beginning, all the staff with hearts and souls has been working hard to strive for high quality gears to satisfy customers’ needs. Several methods have been used. First, Saynen kept investing in automated equipment to improve the stability of the products. Second, we worked hard on research and design (R&D) on manufacturing procedure. Especially, we have a long cooperation with IRTS, Mechanical Industry Research Laboratory of the Industrial Technology Research Institute, which is the largest research center in Taiwan, and is sponsored by the government. Third, we engaged in the reduction of manufacturing costs to increase our competition. Forth, we standardized our operation system to keep all the products to be made the same. Fifth, we kept reinforcing employees on-the-job training to increase production output and upgrade service quality. Today, after almost 50 years, we have become one of the largest gear manufacturing companies in Taiwan. We have expanded our range of equipment many times. Now, most of our manufacturing and inspecting facilities are CNC machines, and bought from world famous companies, such as Reishauer, Swiss, Klingelnberg, Germany, and Kashifuji, Japan. By using our technologies and the equipment, we can produce high precision gears with grades up to AGMA 14, DIN 4, and JIS 0. Besides the gear business, we also have entered into CNC Rotary Table market in the past few years. With the experience of manufacturing worms and worm gears, and new investment in facilities such as a CNC boring machining center, we started to manufacture high quality and precision CNC Rotary Tables. In those days, many customers have agreed that our products can compete with those made in Japan, USA, Switzerland, Germany and so on.

Future:
Stepping into the 6th decade since our foundation, Saynen has inherited rigidly precise technology, and always keeps moving forward. We will keep developing new technologies and bringing in the latest equipment. We firmly believe that we can always offer products to our customers with excellent quality, advanced manufacturing technology, low cost, and on-time delivery in this competitive age.

Meanwhile, based on the gear experiences that we have we will keep actively working on new product developments, as we have done on the CNC Rotary Tables, to increase the company’s business strength.
