When a component change is unavoidable, DFI informs the customer of all changes and performs extensive quality testing to ensure the smooth replacement of the product for the customer. Our dedication to complete revision control means that before any component change can occur, we will get the customer’s approval in advance. Our professional testing center checks and re-checks every aspect of the new component to minimize the impact for our customers. We guarantee our products will be offered for a minimum of 3~5 years. We know that our customers depend on a long-life cycle to prolong the customer’s product life cycle, which will save on their testing and verification time. To lower the risk of the discontinued components, we will keep enough stock and issue an End of Life (EOL) notice to customer before 6 months a product is discontinued. This is a big benefit to all the industrial applications. Our yearly growth of more than 20% has enabled us to expand our in-house manufacturing and testing lines in Taiwan.
