We founded in 1994, it's a professional manufacturer of plastic containers in Zhuhai- a romantic garden city near Hongkong and Macao, owns 6000 m2 plant and over 150 employees. We also own a plant used to produce PU foam products. The total annual turnover is about USD 5.0 million. About plastic products, our company is equipped with advanced Digital control injection molding machines, extrusion blow machines, injection blow machines, injection stretch blow machines, tube machine and printing machines, such as silk-screen printing, spraying and transfer printing machines. Annual production capacity exceeds 50 million sets of different specification from 10ml to 30l plastic container which apply to such these kinds of industry as cosmetic, drug, chemical, food, toys etc. The material range includes PE ( Polyethylene), PVC ( Polyvinyl chloride), PP( Polypropylene), ABS ( Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PET, PC ( polycarbonate), EVA, K-resin and so on. Also, thin wall injection molding plastic container is our professional products, the thinnest wall thickness is 0.35 mm and the annual production capacity can reach 300,000,000 pcs based on 12oz volume. About PU foam products, we adopt the mix foaming technique under the double-material, low-pressure, normal-temperature conditions and pipelining equipments, series including: imitated porcelain PU flowerpot, imitated wood furniture, the mouding for decoration, the automobile seat cushion, PU squeeze toys etc. We are powerful in the design, research & development and manufacturing of plastic precision moulds and new products, so we can provide a complete production line from design, model, mould to batch production according to customers' requirement.
