Lap Hing has been in snowboard equipment Industry since 1995 and specializes in manufacturing and marketing snowboard boots, step-in snowboard boots, snowboard bindings and related equipments. We are capable to make over 200,000 pairs snowboard boots, and snowboard bindings each year. Our experience Research and Develop Department helps clients to customize, and develop their snowboard equipment line to give out their brand image. With years of R&D experience, our products represent Comfort, Control, and Cost. In order to be more competitive within the industry, we are improving our production line in 2009 by upgrading all factory facilities and machineries. These improvements will reinforce our production efficiency, quality control and be environmental friendly at the same time. For example, we are using an infra-red heating system on the assembly lines to ensure stable quality and reduce green house gas emission. Good Quality is one of our main goals. Our QC operation is based on AQL 2.5. Other than the quality inspection in every procedure, we have an additional in house QA/QC team operates independently from the production line to control our production quality. We welcome quality inspection from our clients at any time. From 2010 on, we will implement the BSCI to our factory because we hope to work under equality. Not only, we monitor ourselves, we also work with our suppliers to the quality control. We have to ensure the quality and composition of all materials are safe and without poison causing threat to health. We will test our material according to REACH standard.
