Description :
Meehanite Class FC30 casting with high riqid and wear resistance guide way insure machine permanent accuracy.
X,Y,Z axis (Longitudinal ,Vertical ,Cross) uses ?63 ballscrew; provides high stability during grinding.
Enhanced rib & box structure design strengthen machine rigidity greatly. X, Y and Z Axis uses high precision roller Iinear guideway(55/65). Conventional covers protects the guideway from water, ensures the smooth movement and infeed accuracy, and also increase the life time of usage.
Customized diamond roller dresser can be fit on the side of the table(for straight tooth) or on top of wheel(for helical tooth)provides fast and efficient dressing.
Twin-pump, high pressure motor, and temperature controlling device enhanced heat dissipation, which insures best workpiece accuracy.
