Series 31/ Series 41 belong to TPE SBS+SEBS hydrogenated grade materials
Widely being used in the application of anti-slip mats / floor, bathroom, car mats….; covering and visual appearance designs of grips for various type of hand tools, toothbrushes & gardening tools. Using the elastomeric materials (TPE / TPR) to increase the comfortable handle and sense of touch; plus the feature of the material itself that provides the tools for outdoor applications with excellent anti-slip, temperature and cold resistance. This material can replace PVC.
Series 31 is an economical and practical material with a big competitive advantage in pricing! For physical properties, it can be used in line with economical products
Series 41 are materials for general-purposes, which can be adjusted according to the requirements of physical properties for customers. We have complete options for different hardness with excellent physical properties. With excellent softness and slip-resistance after material processing & forming. That makes the bonding more effective when the two-color material is being formed.
Compliant with EU RoHS, REACH inspection regulations, and passed the safety tests of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NPEO), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), phthalates (6P, Nonylphenol) and PFOS/PFOA (Perfluorooctane Sulfonate /Perfluorooctanoic Acid). The materials are non-toxic and safe, and comply with environmental regulations.
