Matila Industrial Co.,Ltd is established since 1988, one of the most experienced leader of Taiwanese machine manufacture, who has the most experience on supplying complete plastic bags making plants. Our products are blown film machine, plastic waste recycle machine and twin screw compounding machine, bags making machine, and flexographic printing machine.

In 1999 , we built up our own production factory to produce the blown film machine and recycle machine by ourselves, in order to expand our sales and increase the competitive ability. With our selling experience of years and the most effort on innovating our technology, we have been successfully developing and producing 25 ~ 120 mm HDPE / LDPE / LLDPE blown film machine. Two color (stripe line) /Double layer Co-extrusion line for double layer industrial stretch wrapping film in 2003.

Until 2014, the whole series of blown film machine develop with advanced technology for HDPE/ LDPE/ LLDPE/ PP film width from 22.5cm to 10m. MATILA also fabricated the biggest 3 layers co-extrusion rotary die head with die diameter up to 1.2m.

Our plastic recycling line is equipped with the complete washing/ crushing/ pelletizing system from 200kg to 800kg per hour and the capacity of mini type for recycling industrial waste is from 30 kg up to 150 kg per hour.

And our twin screw extruders are with flexible configuration for compounding colored masterbatch, CaCO3 or other additives. Our machine is available to do max. 82% CaCO3 filler and we also provide a broader range of recycling solution to meet the customers’ different requirements.

Furthermore, we cooperate with our reliable suppliers of bags making machine and flexographic printing machine for more than 20 years, perfect quality and high efficiency are guaranteed to our customers.

High performance industrial machinery equipment-
1. Blown film machine-
Our film blowing machines are equipped with Siemens gearbox which is made in Germany, ABB inverter as standard devices, and we use PID thermos controller + SCR for our heating system. Therefore we can guarantee our machine to save up to 20% power consumption than other competitors.

With our special design of die flow path, it takes only half an hour to clear off the material inside, this not only makes the operation more efficient, but also improve the quality of end product.

2. Plastic recycling machine-
Matila can provide the complete line from washing to pelletizing for recycling different kinds of plastic wastes, such as HD/LDPE, PP, PET soft/rigid wastes. Our recycling machines are customizable and flexible to modify the equipment according to customers’ demands. With European gearbox, well-known brand inverter, and SCR+PID thermos controller can ensure machine quality and power saving.

3. Twin screw extrusion machine-
Every screw element and kneading block are designed specifically by Matila, the screw configuration is modifiable according to customers’ requirements, it’s suitable for HDPE, LDPE, Masterbatch, CaCO3, PET, etc. various material and additives. With customized arrangement, all our Twin Screw Extruders can work efficiently and produce the end product precisely.
