Description :
*Meehanite Class FC30 casting with high riqid and wear resistance guide way insure machine permanent accuracy.
*Y axis (vertical travel) uses ?50 ballscrew; X and Z axis ?63 ballscrew provides high stability during grinding.
*Enhanced rib & box structure design strengthen machine rigidity greatly. X, Y and Z Axis uses high precision roller Iinear guideway. *Conventional covers protects the guideway from water, ensures the smooth movement and infeed accuracy, and also increase the life time of usage.
*Customized diamond roller dressing attachment is installed on the side of the work table which provides fast and efficient dressing operation.
*Twin-pump, high pressure motor, and temperature controlling device enhanced heat dissipation, which insures best workplece accuracy.
