FEATURES:
1.The machine is designed for cutting two sheets of copper foil at a time for saving
half labor requirement while providing double productivity.
2.Equipped with air chuck and air shaft to save time by conventional manual
change of material. This also assures positive and fast material clamping.
3.Apply powder brake and roll diameter calculated tension controller or for
automatically adhusting the unwinding tension.
It eliminates manual adhustment while assuring consistent tension constantly
and superior cutting quality.
4.Powered lower shaft adjustment allows the lower shaft to move rapidly to align
with the upper shaft.
5.Specially designed dancer roller assembly ensures synchronized motions at
both side of rollers. The design features add feeding smoothness without uneven
motion problem, and no damage to products or mechanism.
6.Precise cam drive cutting motion permits precision adjustment to achieve the
best cutting condition, which effectively avoids coper powder creating at
upgrades cutting quality.
7.Automatic stacking mechanism stacks copper foil products neatly on the pallet,
eliminating manual handling of products.
8.Powered carrier provides fast infeed and outfeed of collection pallets.
