The Fiber Serial Extender is the most cost effective, hardware-based solution providing remote access and control of all RS-232 protocol device. The Fiber Serial Extender extends control to over 1000m/ 3300ft. This provides you with a tremendous amount of flexibility in your topology. You can set RS-232 devices in any location you want and control them remotely. The Fiber Serial Extender also provides full duplex transmission and Real-Time pure hardware solution, with no need for any set up or configuration.
