Description :
1. Switch SWR meter to forward (FWD) and with transmit button pressed, adjust CAL Knob for full scale deflection (∞)
2. Switch to reflected (REF) and adjust antenna length for minimum meter indication when transmit button is pressed.
3. Check SWR (Standing Wave Ratio) by repeating step 1 above, then switch to REF position and meter will indicate SWR directly.
The reading of SWR is as low as possible when system measuring. Under normal circumstances, the reading will be less than or equal to 1.5 as the standard.
Please note a higher SWR reading (Example 3.0 or more) may damage the transceiver.
