Description :
1. The rolling ultrasonic sewing machine has a rotating circular sono-vibrate in the top arm and a rotating pattern roller in the bottom arm. The material to be welded together is fed through the gap between sono-vibrate and pattern roller while being applied with pressure. Puller wheels can be activated to assist the material feed if required.
2. Airproof and waterproof seams are possible-depending on material and anvil wheel.
Specification :
1. Welding speed: 0.6-13.6m/min.It depends on the fabric.
2. Seam widths: 2-10mm.
3. Anvil wheel: dia.65mm, width and motive as per customer requirement.
4. Gap adjustment: 0-2mm, fine adjustment,1/50mm by graduated hand wheel.
5. Welding pressure: 0-800N(5bar).
6. Puller wheels: activation separately left and right.
