Description :
1. The T-die is made of quality alloy steel and adjustable die lip for different thickness to produce the different thick sheets.
2. It comes with a specially design screw and with internal water cooling system to enable the mixing raw material melted completely & uniformly and extruding speedily without overheating.
3. Two stage synchronized take off unit. Take-up roller is with water cooling circulation system for cooling & maintaining the sheet temperature to enable The stretching properly & conveying smoothly.
