1. Introduction:
For over 30 years of experience, MFC supplies high level radial lip oil seals successfully, the seals which have been used in various applications. MFC led in CNC tool making in 1995, and its subsidiaries, MFC Shanghai plant started tool making in 1995. Not only did MFC group obtained ISO-9002 certification in 90s, but it was certified by QS 9000 and has been approved by TS 16949 since 2005 as well.
2. Warranty:
MFC warrants that all products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. At our option, any products prove unable to meet the sealing and design capabilities for which it was produced shall be replaced free of charge including transportation charges, but not the cost of installation, providing that the products are not subject to negligence, accident, or damages beyond our control. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability, are hereby disclaimed. We shall not be responsible for consequential damages.

Material and specifications: 1. The most important component of oil seals is the elastomer material. You must consider about the environmental conditions and the functions of the seal as following: (1) Good chemical resistance. (2) Good resistance to heat and low temperature. (3) Good resistance to ozone and weathering. (4) High resistance to water. (5) Low compression set. (6) Good elasticity. (7) Raw material cost. 2. All major compounds are available: NBR, FKM, PA, SIICONE.
