Description :
1. Development of the gluing machine wrapping top-quality production rates with just one operator. Automatic sheet feeder with side lay alignment of the sheet: it feeds the sheet at perfect side register. Three-side open pileliiter unique features: completely detachable from the gluing unit, it facilitates the cleaning and maintenance operations and allows the manual feeding of materials over MAX.
2. Top-surface gluing unit with recirculation pump: it ensures an excellent smearing and the homogeneity of the temperature and density of both PVA and animal glue, minimizing the cleaning and maintenance times.
3. Conveyer belt with vacuum device, register-stop device and spotting guide to ensure the perfect positioning of the paper to automatically spot the board, even for joint covers and binders. The same cycle is used for spotting the binder on the glued lining sheet with absolute accuracy.
