Description :
1.Tube pull-out, flatten tube conveyor: Tube floating on conveyor after pulled out & flattened is benefit work of punching and fitting air valve without vibration.
2.Cooling water tank conveyor: water tank and rollers made with SUS304 stainless steel material in getting antirust effect, inner tube temperature cool down and make steady shrinkage with water nozzle spray.
3.Inner tube dried with blower device.
4.Printer is optional.
5.Punch & fit air valve conveyor: punching & fitting air valve device in front of cutting has nice precision of it.
6.Powder dusting at outside tube section: outer surface of inner tube must be sprayed with powder to prevent stick in collection.
7.Cutting and booking section: set required inner tube length by photoelectric switch then cut automatically, worker pick-up inner tube at end of booking conveyor then collect it on trolley.
