Description :
1. Cooling conveyor: spray water at upside of water tank, tread conveyed & dipped in water with acetal modular belt-conveyor. Water tank and roller made with SUS304 stainless steel material.
2. Whole tread line transmission with linked control system by AC frequency motor and inverter which has stably speed to reduce tread stretched upon conveying and occur un-evenly thickness.
3. Skiver device: with sliding rail, control with PLC and AC servo motor control system which has high precision.
4. Wide tread cutting range, cutting angle is adjustable, cutting blade could be ground repeatedly.
5. Cutting traveler with high stretch & transparent acrylic cover which has good security and easy observation.
6. Speed of every conveyors of tread line will be displayed on PLC central control box.
7. Working process: pull-out roller conveyor → mark color line → mark date/spec. → continuous weight scale → triple ply of cooling water tank → skiver → speed-up roller conveyor → dewater by sponge roller and blow off with air → weight scale → take-out conveyor.
8. Per device in every section of conveyor could be selected by buyer.
