Description :
1. Flat tube section: press tube into elliptic on conveyor, it could reducing shaking when stick valve.
2. Cooling water tank section: stainless steel water tank and roller, antirust material. Get well effect of cool down tube temperature by water spray, and keep shrink stably.
3. Punch & stick valve section: tube cutted after punch & stick air valve action which could get accuracy in air valve matching.
4. Spraying talc powder of ouside tube section: to spray talc powder on ouside tube after stick valve, avoiding tube glutinous together in collection.
5. Cutting and pick-up section: required tube length setted by photoelectric switch, tube cutted automatically. To pick-up tube end of conveyor, collection on trolley.
