Each machine consists of:
1. Bags feeding platform.
2. Bags feeding aligning device.
3. Printing unit: (double center impress drums):
(1) Two printing units for two sides printing.
(2) Each printing unit has center impress drum.
(3) 9 sets of printing roller, anilox roller and rubber roller for 9 colors.
(4) Infra red dryer equip for drying.
4. Auto recirculation/mixing system for paint mixture:
Every color has individual system.
5. Bag delivery unit: bag deliver for the first printing unit to the second printing unit
6. Bags collection unit.
7. Bags stacking & conveyor unit: auto counting, stacking and conveyor-belt advancing.
8. Electrical control panel: 1 set of ABB inverter for main motor.
9. Air compressor: 5.5hp.

1. One-pass two sides printing.

3. Print sensor: when no bag is detected, print and anilox rollers will separate.
