Description :
Each machine consists of:
1. Unwinding unit:
(1) Two working position of unwinding (one standby, one unwinding).
(2) Powder brake to control the unwinding.
(3) Tension control device to control the tension.
(4) Sensor control no-stop fabric roll switch-over.
(5) EPC for unwinding.
(6) Corona system for two-sides treatment.
2. Full auto printing unit for the first side printing (center drum):
(1) CI type & direct printing on fabric for color (image) printing.
(2) Fabric guiding device equipped for feeding.
(3) Expansion roller to make the fabric even.
(4) 1 pc of center drum for fabric printing.
(5) 6 sets of printing roller, anilox roller and rubber roller for 6 colors.
(6) 6 sets of ink motor to mix the ink all the time.
(7) 5 sets of pre-blower for each printing unit.
(8) 6 sets of auto-recirculation/mixing system for paint mixture (air pump).
(9) After printing, fabric will go through center oven for complete drying.
(10) Inverter control the speed.
3. Center oven for drying
(1) Two parallel heaters equipped for separation drying of two sides.
(2) Airtight design to save power.
(3) Adjustable type for different circumstances.
(4) Fan and heater for complete drying.
