Description :

This line is used in decoiling, straightening and shearing different specification coils into flat steel plate with different width and length, and then stacking the flat steel plate. This production line which is high automatization and simple operation can process all kinds of cold or hot rolling carbon steel, galvanized plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel etc. It is widely used in auto, container, homeelectricity, food-packing, architecture, ship-building, boiler-making and so on.

Specification :

1. Model: KJS-0.5 x 1300 to KJS-14 x 2000. 2. Coil thickness: 0.15 to 0.5, 0.25 to 1.5 and 4 to 14mm. 3. Coil width: 500 to 1,300, 100 to 300 and 900 to 2,000mm. 4. Width: +/-0.05 to +/-0.5mm. 5. Slitting speed: 50 to 120, 50 to 160, 30 to 80 and 8 to 20m/min. 6. This product is used to let the steel coil to uncoil, section shear and recoil. 7. This product is fit to machine cold carbon rolled steel and hot carbon rolled steel, tin stainless steel and many other metal plated coils. 8. Production line includes uncoiler car, uncoiler, leveler, section shear, waste coil recoiler, pinch machine, recoiler and unloading set. 9. Whole line is controlled by PLC, human and machine screen display, high automatic degree, controlling is simple and good.
