Description :
1. Adopt low voltage (DC24V) and dust-proof electric control system.
2. The hopper feeder is pneumatic control and the tailstock is driven by hydraulic pressure to clamp the workpieces.
3. There are Round Shaving Knife and Guide Ring to support the workpieces when cutting. That will enable the cutting performance to be stable and more accurage. Equip with two sets of copying device. One is copying device, which is driven by pneumatic system and adopts U-cutting tools. Another one is sample-copying device by hydraulic system and adopts V-cutting tools.
4. This machine uses 3 different types of cutting tools. It is enough for any cutting performance and dose not have to use other cutting tools.
5. Equip with an automatic lubricator to lubricate the slideways and Keep the slideways in the optional lubricated condition.
6. Attach two sets of right-angle cutter block.
