Our soft capsule production line is capable of manufacturing capsules containing 250mg-1300mg of contents. Our facilities are constructed to conform exactly to the original manufacturer’s requirements for air flow and other criteria. Shun Chieh currently has molds available for cosmetic products, spherical products and edible products in dozens of variations. Typical outputs (per hour) for varied formations are:
(1) Oblong (strip): 23,100 soft capsules.
(2) Oval (elliptical): 56,160 soft capsules & 69,600 soft capsules.
(3) Round: 26,880 soft capsules.
