Shun Chieh has eight PTP (aka "Blister Packs") packing machines and dozens of molds in various specifications. We employ capsule arranging equipment that produces capsules in a range of colors and alignments/ orientations within the package. Custom molding is available upon customer request. Blister packs are an excellent option for all tablets, as well as hard and soft gel capsules, to protect the product from moisture and contamination. When moisture stability is not a problem, medicine or food products are usually packed in PVC film. When extra moisture protection is necessary, low adsorptive packaging material such as PVDC or PCTFE is employed.
