1. The machine is specially designed for embedded & double injection products, by direct pressing vertical mold closing and horizontal injection type structure.
2. Its operation is down by the design that the lower moldboard fixed on the slide, and the upper mold moving up and down to open and close the mold set, so that the embedded object can be located at right positon.
3. Signal mold slide type, When doing double injection of embedding work, the slide moves the mold to outside of the machine, so as to place the embedded object conveniently.
4. The oil pressure tank has been processed precisely and is passed restricted quality control. The high quality oil-seal form overseas in the machine can extend using cycle of oil cylinder and oilseals and save maintenance expanse and shutdown loss.
5. The injection set can be tuned up and down to fix the size of mold.

Injection System- 1. The auto screen-off function saves power consumption and elongates screen duration. 2. Operation status monitoring for all input output points and testing points. 3. Dual-oil-cylinder injection apparatus, stably and homogenously generates output of injection. 4. High accurate operation of injection and material refueling, the resistive ruler can identify positioning as precise as 0.1mm measure.

Availability to settle dual slides, operate two sets of same style but different size molds at the same time.
The machine can be installed dual slides and execute two sets of mold with the same shape but different size at the same time, cross changing upper slide and lower slide. When the left mold injection completed, the other right one can go to finish embedding work. This solution can reduce the time to embed and increase production efficency.
