Description :
This steel wire mesh welding machine is especially designed for producing all kinds of mesh for constructional purpose in SRC applications with reinforcement function.
To achieve bigger wire gauges, the line wires need to be straightened and cut in advance. Then insert manually to the welding system. The cross wires need to be pre-straighten and cut to length and loaded in the Automatic Cross Wire Magazine/Feeder for automatic cross wire feeding to the welding system.
Touchable PLC control panel. Easy to operate and errors messages will be shown on the screen through auto-scan system for trouble-shooting.
Machine is driven by hydraulic. From coils, wires will be put into main welding machine then be stored in the Line Wire Accumulator to reduce welding resistance by Servo Motor. The cross wires need to be straightened and cut to length in advance then loaded in the Automatic Cross Wire Magazine/Feeder for automatic welding.
