We currently have twenty late-model injection molding machines, ranging in size from 30-ton to 50-ton. These computerized machines, robotically controlled, can produce a part volume from 0.2g to 1000g, with a thin wall down to as little as 0.005". We also possess the precision molding technology necessary to meet the extremely tight tolerance of ± 0.0008" required for smaller, precision parts.
