The new SOCO SB-65X6A-3S-PT+Cutoff CNC Tube Bender incorporates the ultimate combination of automation and high production features in one package. This machine includes 8 electric programmable axes, coupled a unique, Patented SOCO DBS system (Double Blade Shearing) for minimal tube deformation after bending.
1. CLR = 1 X OD Bending in Stainless.
2. 12% ~ 15% Wall Thinning Ratios (WTR), meeting the strictest safety.
3. Demands of muffler and exhaust system suppliers.
4. Cutoff during and after bending + continuous bending from one long parts = no waste between parts.
5. Special cullet boosting device for last bends to allow 1D and low WTR even for short lengths and last bends.
6. Multi stacks + multi radius for bending even the most complex parts with “0” straight lengths between bends.
