Description :

1. We can read the digital format of design as follows:
Pure raster base files that are generated or processed with Photoshop, Paintshop, etc. Please store the design in 16 bits JPEG2000 lossless format if possible. The second choice is the native format of graphic software, ex. chose PSD format for PhotoShop. Please do not forget to include the color profile. Vector base files, the major software such as CorelDraw, Illustrator and FreeHand. Please use the native format and Text part store with curve transformation. Please do not forget to include the color profile. Data exchange format EPS or Adobe Portable Document format PDF. Please do not forget to include the color profile.
2. If your system is Apple MAC computer please store with PC readable format.
3. For raster file, the image resolution should be better than 360DPI.
4. The design should be larger than final print size. 10mm for each side is a minimum.
5. If you handle the text and logo directly on top raster image please store a copy before layer merge.
6. If layout is requested please select CorelDraw or Illustrator as tool. Do not select Quark.

Specification :

1. Printing size: (1) Gravure printing is available to 2 different width 160cm (63”) and 182cm (72"). Continuous roll up to 500M(Y) or 1,000M(Y). (2) Digital printing is available to 2 different width 160cm (63”) and 182cm (72"). (3) Sampling or small lot production is acceptable. 2. Popular circumference of cylinders: (1) Available to 432mm, 510mm, 600mm and 640mm. (pattern repeat in height controlled to fit the popular circumference spec. is the most welcome.) (2) Cylinder material cost is covered by A&K but engraving cost is by customer.
