Every dream gown come true, it is conceived by an idea and inspiration can come from anything, a painting, magazine, nature, show, music…and from fabric, lace. When an idea comes to a sketch, the suitable fabric, delicate lace, flower, decoration are very important which could be the soul of dress and make the idea come true.

Through the YUKA pattern computer system and our team, we make an idea tangible gradual. Pattern maker start from pattern system → design/embroidery system → marker system which connect with cost,finally print all the pattern out for sample make. Sometimes the style consists of 70-100 pieces, before sample make by technique team, pattern maker test each part first and make the record, in order to make sure the design and conceptual creation of the gown is taking place.

Once the sketches has been decided the material & decoration, the sample is proceed in which it was initially conceived, the sample is worked by technique team,this term is designated “only” to the sample collection, This is where the original sample accomplished : sewing, laces , embroidery , draping and various decoration & adjust, many of the passages are done by hand.

From the sketch becomes a really dress, the sample is tried on the dummy at least 8 times, in the various phases. Each tried and discussed, the designer can decide to change or modify in order to make sure each part perform well, even at the last phase.
