Knee Type Deep Hole Drilling Machine:
1. Knee type Gun drilling machine with Fanuc CNC controller (Mitsubishi control are available).
2. This type machines are suitable for the production of waterlines, heat and ejector pinholes of injection molds, hydraulic manifold and heat exchangers that require multi hole drilling.
3. Servomotor and ball screw are used for the feed mechanism to insure smooth and convenient for feed rate adjust.
4. Automatic lubrication pump is provided as standard accessory to ensure all the bearing surface and screws are well lubricated.
5. Main slide equipped with P-grade precision linear guide and C3 grade ball srew.
6. Easy positioning of X.Y. axes and setting of stroke and feed.
7. The machine could be designed to 2 spindles for special purpose.
8. CE mark is available for special required.
