Purpose:
Locomotive engines, plastic machines main column, oil pressure equipment mechanical columns, sliding bars for steady motion, guide bars, coupling bars, stock bars, screws, and automatic machinery elements and components.
Specification :
1. Material: chrome molybdenum of JIS G4105, SCM440, SAE4140 or DIN 42CrMo4. The tensile roughness and extensibility of this material are better those of medium carbon steel. 2. Optional manufacturing processes: heat treatment, center-less grinding and hard chrome plating. 3. Surface hardness: HV 800(minimum) up. 4. Hard chrome thickness: 20 micron. 5. Case depth: 1.5mm ~ 2.5mm. 6. Induction hardness: HRC 55 ± 3. 7. Surface roughness: Ry 0.6~1.4s Ra, 0.2μm~0.4μm. 8. External diameter accuracy: h7, h8, f8.
