DV series is designed for heavy cutting requirements. All the main casting parts are made from Meehanite level cast iron with one-piece design. 4 box way of bed offers more support ability to ensure the best performance on loading and rigid ability during heavy cutting. All guide ways are through heat treatment to meet HRC50 hardness. The sliding surface are adopted Turcit through scraping to decrease friction to keep the best feeding performance.

1.One-piece casting for axial bearing housing, XYZ axes with motor direct-driven ball-screw to make sure high positioning accuracy
2.Z axis with High torque to make sure high acceleration transmission (Ball-bar test less than 0.01mm)
3.Roller type linear guide way, loading and rigidity are 30% higher than other C type machine with ball bearing type
