S-B7A Air Tester is specially designed for round can. With special detection elements to get an excellent detecting performance, even small pinhole can be detected easily. Empty can is carried into by a timing screw and a turret. Pressing plate push can into a rubber set to fix can, then fill compressed air into can. Certain time later, an electronic precise pressure sensor is to detect mini pressure variation inside the can. Nonconforming can is ejected out by a magnetic pad from upper exit and good can is out from lower exit. Single wheel with 40 stations. Easy for can size changeover and
maintenance.
