Massive, Meehanite Castings-
The Bed, column, saddle, table and spindle head are constructed by high quality Meehanie castings and each of their parts employed with ample ribs and stress relieved. All slideways are hardened and ground, designed extra wide & heavy duty Y-Axis 4 Slideways construction for extreme sturdiness, the contacting surface coated with Turcite-B and hand-scraped to reduce stickslip effect and assist in vibration free machining. The large diameter precision ground Ball screw with preloaded double Nuts, and supported by pretensioned Angular contact bearing which are located at the center of the slideways and compled directly to the AC servo motor. result in increased response and high rigidity for greater accuracy.

High Performance Cartridge spindle consisting with sixes of P4 Angular contact bearing Spindle air purge system, Spindle taper air blow out, ISO 50/6000 rpm spindle Available.
Full range, Quality assured-
Every machine is measured by Laser calibrated & Ball-bar analysis, and cutting & coolant testing and undergoes a rigorous 50 hours non-stop running before shipment, and all model of machines equipped with automatic metered central Lubricated system with low fluid alarm, 24V/70W Halogen work lamp, Coolant system, Telescopic steel way covers on X-Y-Z axes and Full enclosure guard with door-interlocked are all as standard.
