NC hydraulic guillotine shearing machines (YCS-H series):
1. Hydraulic guillotine shear's functioning principle is based on cylinder and upper tooling slide functioning together to pull the shear sets down to cut the working piece. The shearred edge is bur_free and precise.
2. Completed steel plates made machine housing and shear table structure has been annealed, completely internal stress relieve.
3. Machine body and blade base is made from SS400 steel plate,eliminate internal stress by annealing and assure rigid structure.
4. Special design of blade offers easy adjustment of blade's clearance. It can remain the shearing section and machine's afety by pushing buttons or Controllers calculate.
5. Overload safety device ensures machine and worker safety.
6. Automatic sheet support system provides extreme long plate's shearing and scrapeproof plastic device. Quick match for support and downward action. (optional)
