(1) Changing piping method and adjusting the temperature differences for front section and rear section inside fryer so that oil temperature spreads more evenly, the usage of heat energy is reduced and energy is saved.
(2) High pressure de-oiling blower, a special air knife outlet design and kncokers, etc for de-oiling device at two sides of frying outlet that can decrease the oil content, oil consumption rate, production costs and increase the mouthfeel of noodles.
(3) It is a design for noodle arrangement device of frying inlet. Using a design for blowholes with different angles of noodle arrangement device, noodles are put in the noodle boxes orderly after noodles fall into the noodle boxes from a cutting machine. Then tying in with a design for noodle scrapers of frying outlet to scrape extra noodls from the bottom of noodle boxes so that the noodle shapes are more beautiful.
