1.The Test Roll can be used to test the following plastic materials and their related agents:
-PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride): Rigid PVC, Non-Rigid PVC
-PP(Polypropylene)
-PS(Polystyrene)
-ABS(Aerylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene Copolymer)
-EVA(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer)
2.The stabilizer can use the Test Roll to do Milling Test and also can be added with TiO2(Titanium Dioxide) to be mixed together and then works with the Aging Tester to do Static Stability Test.

| The two sides of the front roll are each installed with one precise micro regulator with a graduated ring. The gap between rolls can be easily adjusted by the hand wheel so that the precision and stability of testing plastic sheet¡¦s thickness can be achieved. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4. DRIVING SYSTEM | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The front/back rolls can be individually infinitely various speed. Range of various speed: 8 r.p.m ~ 28 r.p.m. The driving system consists of two high torsion motors, one high precision infinitely variable speed inverter and one high torsion precision gear box. The correct rotating speed ( r.p.m.) of rolls can clearly show on the two tachometers. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5. OIL HEATING SYSTEM | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The heating oil circulates in the drilled roll to make the roll’s surface temperature accuracy reach +/- 1oC. The main functions and merits of the oil heating precision temperature control system as follows

| The front/back sides(red positions) of machine base under the rolls are equipped with knee-push safety brake system that is pushed by the knee. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
