Description :
The Two Roll Mill is ideal for mixing a wide range of plastic materials including PVC, additives, etc.
Feature:
-With optimum precision and safety performance, the machine is completely closed with sturdy frame, optimum precision, neat shape and small space required. It is the optimum design for Lab and technical center.
-The test rolls is made of alloy steel, surface treatment and hardened of test roll by precision grind and chrome plated.
-Each roll is available drove by variable speed individually.
-Variable speed drive is ranged from 8 RPM to 26 RPM. Digital read tachometers display RPM clearly for both rollers.
-Equipped with knee-push activated emergency safety switch and unique design of pulling limit switch by shaft stops the operation.
-That will ensure its optimum safety performance.
-It is simple to adjust gap between two rolls by micro-regulator with scale ring
-Cabinet design with anti-vibrating rubber at the bottom of machine's mainframe, to assure its stability and safety. Not necessary a complicated working for installation. It is easy to install and move.
-Test rolls are electrically heating. Max. temperature is 220oC
