CASEAL hot melt adhesives provide you excellent case and carton sealing performance at application temperature around 160~170℃ . Our advance formulas significantly reduce downtime and cost of maintenance, enhancing productivity. A complete line of “CASEAL” for most carton and corrugated board sealing to fit your packaging needs.

EXTRA-CASEAL Specially formulated for bonding coated carton or tough to seal paper board. EXTRA-CASEAL performs excellent hot tack, and remains better impact resistance at frozen condition. Recommended use for smoother surface (coated with water repellent wax, OPP or lacquer) or frozen food packaging.

STRAWACH Specially formulated for drinking straw attachment. It features excellent bonding and stability at high and low temperatures as well as better impact resistance.

Guidelines for obtaining the best results：
1. Temperature setting of hot melt applicator：set the temperature 5-10℃ higher to each next stage, follow the sequence of the glue tank, tube, nozzle. Set the temperature of adhesive tank at 150-160℃ when the output of packaging is 20 cartons/min. or under.
2. Clean whole hot melt adhesive applicator system (glue tank, filter. Tube, nozzle) once a month(see our technical manual for detail).
3. Inspect the heating accuracy, the temperature control of heater for melting tank, tube and nozzle every 6 months.
4. Do not mix any other adhesives or substances with hot melt adhesives.

STORAGE
1. Do not expose hot melt adhesives to sunlight.
2. Keep cool and dry (not over 40℃).
3. Stored away from any solvents or chemicals.

SAFETY AND HEALTH
1. These products are solid and no danger for handing at room temperature.
2. For protection from burns, wears gloves and a long sleeved shirt during operation. For eyes protection: wear safety glasses.
3. Once being burned, first flush the affected area with large amount of cold water, do not remove adhesive then seek for medication immediately.

WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD
1.These products do not apply to the definition of hazardous waste under the U.S. EPA Hazardous Waste Regulation 40 CFR 261.
2.Dispose of it in an approved industrial landfall, consult your state or local authorities for proper disposal where more restrictive requirements are applied.
