The DC-800 Vacuum Sealer from Packingnet is a double chambered vacuum sealer and it can work in any inspected facility. The two 38.5" x 31.1" chambers are adjacent. When the lid is covering one of the chambers you are free to prepare your next job in the open chamber. This is a great way to improve efficiency and can easily be run by a single operator. As all the Packingnet chamber vacuum sealers, this machine is ETL tested, certified, and labeled as meeting UL and CSA safety standards for packaging equipment as well as NSF sanitary standards. This heavy-duty functional machine utilizes all # 304 stainless steel construction, a reinforced chamber deck, heavy-gauge lid, and an easy-cleaning flat working deck. The special feature that sets us apart is the quick disconnect seal bars that can be removed and installed in seconds. With these easy-to-disconnect seal bars, there is no need to wait for maintenance to show up with tools when a seal wire breaks. By simply having a spare bar on hand, you can be back up and running in under a minute without any special tools. Easily removable cushion bars and spacer boards make cleaning the deck surface fast and efficient. It features a Busch (model RA0100) (5HP) vacuum pump for reliable and powerful vacuum performance.
