How small do you want to go? We haven’t seen a Tiny Spring that is too small for us yet. All machine setting and quality control is done under a microscope. You can put a day’s production in your pocket. We can arrange a quotation and production samples.

Specification :

Tiny Spring is able to form complex shapes and tightly toleranced parts from materials with diameters as small as .002" (0.05mm).  We have formed springs with body diameters as small as .008" for spring probes, pacemakers, and other electronic and medical devices.  We have extensive experience with standard and exotic spring materials including stainless steel, music wire, and non-magnetic materials.
