The material out iet pipe is located higher than that for inlet. Hencethe lighter and smaller tufts that are already opened for a quick and through the cleaner. Therefore large tufts remain in the machine till they are transformed into small tufts and cieasing their impurities easily.

By the cleaning process in Axi-Flo, the material not only well opened but are also uniform in size. Thus beaters do not cause damage to the material.
