1. Most of the particles and germs in clean room are come from the operators, so, before they enter into the clean room, they pass through the airshower which equipped with high-efficient filter, in order to blow away the particles by high speed wind velocity of 20 -26 m/s.
2. Speciality:
(1) Double-filtering efficient function by “pre filter” and “ hepa filter” to ensure the quality of air.
(2) The high speed wind velocity of air blower is up to 20-26 m/s, could efficiently blow away the particles on the operators or articles.
(3) The pure air from the nozzle under low wind velocity, could isolate the air from outside.
(4) Automatic control, maintenace, decomposed, location, cleaning are available.
(5) Tack-mat as requested, to remove the partice on the shoes.
(6) Entrance and exit could efficiently control by inter lock.
(7) The specification of equipment could be adjusted according to customer’s demand.
