1.Application:
(1) Auto parts: piston rod, gear, CAM, brake shoe, transmission rod, steering wheel etc.
2) Motor parts: the shaft hardening for rotor, the degrease of silicon steel plate for rotor, epoxy powder coating for rotor etc.
(3) Steel: the heating process for stainless steel tube, cramp iron, epoxy powder coating for steel tube, the hardening for the high tensile cramp iron, the heat-fusion for elevator pulley and shaft, the welding of steel tube, tube bending etc.
(4) Hardware: the pre-forging for screws and nuts, silver soldering for lathe tool, the soldering for air gauge, the temper of pontil, the hardening of surface for high tensile screw, epoxy powder coating for locking nut etc.
(5) Air conditioner: the hardening for the shaft of compressor rotor, the heat-fusion for the rotor and shaft etc.
(6) Family appliance: the silver soldering for stainless pan, the soldering for pot.
2. An introduction with each of the machines for H.F. Induction Heating Machine:
(1) H.F. NC automatic shaft hardening machine: it is applied to the piston rod and shaft of rotor, and the hardening process is totally controlled by NC servo system.
(2) Vertical H.F. hardening machine: it is applied to gear, CAM, brake shoe and transmission rod, steering wheel and shaft of compressor’s rotor, and the hardening process is totally controlled by NC servo system.
(3) H.F. epoxy powder coating machine: it is applied to the isolating epoxy powder coating for the rotor of motor and the locking nut.
(4) Automatic H.F. rotor degreasing machine: it’s applied to the degreasi.
