    Description :

    Density control is an important factor in the production of high quality P/M Parts. All mechanical properties are increased along with their densities. To obtain parts with higher densities, a double-pressing double-sintering method or copper infiltration method have usually been applied in the past years. Recently, suppliers of P/M material and compacting presses have cooperated to develop "warm compaction technology". TPM is one of the pioneers to apply this new technology on actual production and achieved a reliable result which brings the densities of powder metal parts to 7.2 ~ 7.5 g/cc with a single press troke and single sintering.
